You can go with P35, but the main concern would be cpu support. See, the board may have been on shelf for months and the old bios needs to be updated with a compatible cpu. You'd pay a restocking fee or a store to flash the bios.

Go with P45. i.e. P5Q PRO or GA-EP35-DS3R.

The rest looks good. Revise your list.
