palm desktop

Hi,

I have a few problems with my palm desktop 4.1.4 which came with my Treo 650

Firstly, the "find" function doesnt' work, the dialogue just stays there and
do nothing. I can cancel and return to desktop. But if I tried closing
palm through the task manager, it says it is waiting for a response and I
have to end program.

Next, whenever i close the desktop, i cannot get it to open again. I have
to do a reboot.

Thirdly, the r"check and repair corrupted files" function in Otions/tools
causes the desktop to hang.

Could someone advise
