What Is This Heatsink?! Pictures. Please Help

I bought parts used and wonder what heatsink this is. It also came with 2 small long skinny metal brackets that go across the top and bottom the guy said to install a fan? Please help. BTW its socket 775 on a E6750 that I wanna run to 3.2+Ghz I'm @ 3Ghz. And its really long. As you can see it goes over my RAM.

No idea. It looks like a custom built heat sink from a OEM like Dell,etc. Is this an OEM build?

Like I said the parts I bought new but I would say probably not considering its size and quality. Not to mention my CPU is a E6750 2.66 overclocked to 3Ghz running high 20's low low 30's C idle according to speedfan and everest. Thanks for the reply.

Where did you get this from, and how is it mounted? it sure looks like a vga card cooler converted for a cpu...

Just bought parts used. Mounts like a thermalright...4 screws...looks similar only this one has a copper base and coper pipes going up with the copper pipes running through the heatsink ..sure cooles good for not having a mounted fan...28C idle @3Ghz.. Although I do have 2 120mm side fans and 2 more on top with 3 of them blowing in.

It looks like a Coolermaster GeminII which is the only HS I have seen that used two 120mm fans side by side. Here is a review of it.

He's right. I had one a while back, it is definitely a Cooler Master GeminII

Thanks alot. So the brackets go on and I can install 2 120mm's....Do you know what you use to mount the fans...not normal fan screws thats for sure...is it like bolt and nut? thanks guys. Prime95 for 10 min only hit 56C @3.15Ghz stock 2.66 thats what RealTemp said and it seems to give me the hottest temps out of all my programs so ill go with it and with 2 120mm on the heatsink I should do better aye...maybe 3.4
