Hello,
sir, when i move my folders they became transperent.when i set them via properties the setting does not work.

you need a better description of the problem. Are you trying to say that your folders disappear when you move the folders?

Start>Settings>Control Panel>System>Advanced>Performance(Settings button);

Look down the list, check "Show window contents while dragging"
Click Apply and then click Ok.

To see it is working, open Windows Explorer, choose the thumbnail view, drag a file from one folder to another and then back again, you should see a semi-transparent image of file being dragged.
