i have a 7600 gs Sapphire AGP 256mb and it gives me shader and vertical anomalies problems when i run Warhammer Online and Counterstrike, so i have a feeling its the card (or my old system)

Sony Vaio model PCV-RX752
2.5ghz
1.5gb of DDR PC-2100 RAM
win xp, sp3

i have upgraded everything from drivers to BIOS yet i still get the problems.
therefore i'm not looking into Nvidia anymore and want to get an ATI gpu

i am currently interested in the 3650 HD series as they are around $80 and seem better than the 7600

A 3650 should be fine for that system. What kind of Power Supply do you have in that thing? I believe the 2600XT AGP is slightly faster, but it does draw more power. The Radeon 3850 is the fastest AGP card, but it would be severely limited by your current system, and would more than likely require a better power supply than the one you currently have.
