E8500 and GA-P35-DS3L

Is anyone running this setup. I am currently running a e2160@3.0GZ. I'm wondering if the board will handle the E8500 Ok, or should I upgrade my motherboard befre going with this processor.

Since you didn't specify which version you have, I assumed 1.0.
