So I looked thru the FAQ thread to make sure this wasn't in there, and it wasn't, it is related, but not exactly in there verbatim.

When looking at the diagrams for the new X58 mobos coming out, it looks like the triple PCIe will only support x16 x16 x8. Does this mean that when popping in three bad boys, they come out as lowered in performance because the 16's have to clock down? I read that there isn't much performance difference between dual x8 and dual x16, but is it the same case performance-wise with triple pcie boards?
