I was just about decided on the Gigabyte EP45-UD3P. However, one of the forum moderators and a few others over at Anand's tech site, have been having instability problems OC'ing that MB with all mem slots filled with 8 gig of ram...

Have you heard this, or experienced this yourself? And should that stop me from getting that UD3P MB, and instead get the Asus P5Q-D? I am going to OC it and run 8 gig of memory.
