problem booting from disc to format

confusing with the mobo I have biostart 790gx trying to boot from disc which I think I figured it out but it tells me theres no bootable disc or it's in the wrong drive, I try moving the windows disc and nothing....any ideas? thanks in advance

any other possible solution why it woulnt boot from the disc keep trying and just can't get it to boot up
