Service discovery failed on dell vostro 1015 bluetooth

Hi, i'm having a dell vostro 1015 laptop, for 4-5 months it worked correctly but now i'm trouble with its bluetooth.
The problem is that whenever i try to send or recieve files from some phones it shows error "service discovery failed",
but its not with some other phones.
like i tried to send files to 3 nokia phones and got the same error but when i tried to send files on 2 samsung phones, there was no error and the files were sent easily. there is no problem with those nokia phones and i have the bluetooth drivers installed provided by the dell support website.

PS: I'm running windows xp sp3 32-bit, intel core 2 duo processor, 2 gb ram.

Do you have the drivers for the phone(s) installed?

i have installed the bluetooth drivers on my laptop and its working fine with samsung & sony ericson but not with nokia phones and i don't think that to connect a phone to laptop through bluetooth needs any mobile drivers to be installed.

but in case there is a need for mobile drivers for nokia phones please give the link for the drivers or please give another suggestion to solve my problem......
