Kingston hyperx 6GB ddr3 1600

Hi all, I have Kingston 6GB Triple Channel KIT KHX12800D3K3/6GX DDR3-1600 CL 9-9-9-27

I overclocked my i7 920 to 3.6Ghz stable.
prime95 test (12 hours) passed.
OCCT (1hours) passed.

but the problem is: the memory, How can I push it to run at 1600mhz???

how can I manually make it to run at 1600 mhz?? I messed up with the dram frequency but system won't boot sometimes
sorry If this is a noob question, But I googled a lot of stuff in google but I didn't really find a good referance.

I Want to add that I don't want to change the multiplier or the bus speed, because doing it will change the cpu frequency and will stuff the cpu overclock up.

help pls
