yeah that's a good psu for its size, but it is a little limited. Give it a shot and see what happens. If it can't keep up, you'll just have to get a more powerful one

This particular CPU is great, because it's an 800FSB 45nm CPU with an extremely high multiplier to boot (12.5x), very easy to overclock.

Your build is pretty good for its budget.

Your PSU that comes with the case might be edging it a little though.

If you're just going to use XP for the next 2 years (support for XP ends 2010), then 2 GB RAM is fine. Otherwise 4GB of http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820146731 would be pretty good (there was a cheaper Mushkin pair, but it's out of stock on Newegg).

emp's suggetsion on the E5200 is pretty valid, but he forgot to mention if you're planning to overclock you'll also need to spend around $30 for a decent cooler.

Yeah the PSU is cutting it pretty close. And yes I forgot to mention that I will be overclocking so the PSU isn't going to cut it, just forgot that minute detail since the Case/PSU combo was too good to pass by.
