I helped my brother to build this rig a while ago, than about a year later i got him more ram

OCZ Platinum Revision 2 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory - Retail

i did not notice back than that i bought different version of memory with different timings. i tried to adjust the timings from auto to the slowest manually but i get the blue screen when i boot.

any help plz?

Set the voltage to the rated maximum and if that doesn't work, get a set of modules that are on the QVL and certified to work when all slots are used. Your main problem is that you're trying to use memory having different characteristics. What are the SPD tables for each of those modules? You can use CPU-Z to get that info.
