Bad_pool_caller error

How can I run CHKDSK/F after a BAD_POOL_CALLER error and XP has been "shut down to prevent damage to the computer" ? I cannot get past the blue screen !

Have you tried using Safe Mode? Turn on the system, then repeatedly tap the F8 key to bring up the Advanced Boot Options menu. In this menu, you will have several boot options, including Safe Mode.
