i m using geForce 8500GT and there is 1 program called HWMonitorPro, that program allows you to check for ur CPU voltage, temperature and fan speed. i came across that my graphic card with a temperature of 70degree celsius. is it normal for a graphic at that temperature?

Yes it is, especially in prebuilt case. They don't have great cooling and a temp of 55-65 at idle and 70+ at load isn't unusual or bad. They're built to take those temps (even higher in fact.)

yeah, the new 4870s without the fan fix hit over 100 C!

your 8500 gt is probably passive too, so your temps really depend on the cooling inside your case.

Man i hated my 8500 gt...

Silicon can take the beating don't worry on the other hand if that was your motherboard or harddrive then you have a problem.
