Which one would you recomend me

I need a new psu but i live outside US so i can only buy from amazon.

i´ve seen this tow psu, so which one would you recomend me

4gigs of ram 800mhz
hd 250gb
hd 500gb
9600gt (posibly sli in the future)

in the order page it says it is OEM, those it matter?
