Every single icon is missing

Hello Toms Hardware! I need help again :S

Today ive tried an app called iColorFolder i found on some old CD, sounded cool so i double clicked, selected stuff i liked and now every single icon is missing!

Ive tried Tweak UI which didnt work and tried to delete iconcache.db which doesnt exist on my system a all...

Here is a screen shot:

All start icons, all folder icons, absolutely everything...

Can you please help me, i have no idea what to do any more.

[Fixed] used tune up utilities! Works perfectly.


Also additional info: Tried everything to fix, registry edits, changing color depth, everything! None worked except tune up.
