Get this one instead, runs slightly faster and cooler for the same price.

That board has a rather weak chipset, get a 790GX board that'll allow for superior overclocking when you decide to drop in a Phenom.

Honestly, the best thing you can do if you want a quadcore down the road is to get a cheaper, "disposable" Athlon CPU and wait for deneb to roll out in the coming months, then make your quad core purchase.
