Will the Scythe MUGEN-2 fit?

I was wondering if the Scythe MUGEN-2 will fit in my apevia case.

I have one in the cooler master CM 690. It fits, with the removal of the 2 top fans. Now if you have the 20mm thickness fans they will fit. The cooler masters dimensions are (L X W X H) 20.65" x 8.39" x 18.98" while apevia is 19.00" x 7.75" x 16.85". So with wise you are ok BUT the height of the CPU cooler goes over the motherboard (ASUS P5ND) by half inch.
Looking at the apevia it looks like you need space for the PSU. Also depending on your motherboard you could place the CPU cooler Sideways where the fan is blowing upwards.
