This comes to $771.88 - $70 MIR = $701.88

You could downgrade to the HD in your original post and the E7200 to save some $ if you need to.

You also didn't mention what OS you would be using, but 64-bit Vista with 4 gig RAM is awesome! I would recommend a 2x2 setup instead of 4x1. Just remember if you are using a 32-bit OS that you won't be able to use all 4 gig of RAM. It's still better than 2 gig though!

I cant go that high because we dont have the credit...
I just wanted to know if the ram is ok if the case is good and
which cpu to get, but thanks for making a whole new cart.
Also im not going to crossfire or anything.

Sorry, I was just trying to help. Like I said, you could go with the 320 gig HD and E7200 and be right around $700 before rebates. I wish I could recommend AMD for a gaming rig, but at the moment Intel definitely has the upper hand.

If you don't like like my list, that's fine. I would still recommend going with the Mushkin 2x2 RAM I linked to instead of the original RAM.

I know that Raidmax case/psu looks attractive, but i wouldn't use a Raidmax power supply or a HEC (compucase) power supply in any of my systems. Bad reviews, poor regulation, not reliable etc.
For some alternatives try
case - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811119152
with the combo PSU deal
or this case
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811129042
with a quality 450watt or greater power supply from a quality manu. OCZ, Antec, Corsair , PC Power and cooling
