hi i have exactly the same cpu and i use amd overdrive these are the results i got and all i changed was the HT ref. clock slider and the cpu vid on the last one (3.444ghz at 1.4250volts and 1.2250 nb vid) which is the VERY LIMIT i cannot go any higher. i would not recommend going any higher beacause all i get is crashes and blue screen of deaths. if you have stock cooling i would be very careful. i however have this

at 3.444ghz while running a stablility test i only get it u to 78 degrees ferinhight! which is very good i defenetly thing that coolers was worth the 40$ and its very sturdy and reliable. well here you go if you have any more questions contact me at justin.sparks89@yahoo.com mabey we can push past 3.444ghz if we work together
