BTX Type 1 vs Type II HS

Can someone tell me the dimensions of the BTX Type I thermal module as compared to a Type II. I am concerned with clearance for a large video card.

I currently have a Type II on a 1.8GHz Core2 oc'ed to 2.4, but eventually may get a 2.6GHz to be oc'ed to 3.46GHz and will surely want a Type II (or something custom).
