Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The basic issue is that I am trying to run dual monitors and I cannot get the second display to work. I am 99.9% sure the video card is bad, but its the second card (same model) with the same issue, and I just want to make sure its the card and not some other hardware issue.

The card is a ATI Radeon x1300 by Visiontek. 512 MB RAM with Dual DVI Out

I can type everything Ive gone through including talking to Visionteks Technical Support, but the conclusion is this:

When a monitor is plugged into the left DVI port (DVI 1) on the card the screen works fine.
When a montor is plugged into the right DVI port (DVI 2) on the card, the monitor immediatly recognizes the connection, but goes to sleep.

When the machine boots, never does the monitor in DVI 2 wake, no matter what drivers I install, or what settings I set in CCC or Windows. My machine does not see the monitor plugged into DVI 2 and neither does CCC. This is regardless if its 1 or 2 montiors I have hooked up.

So my question is, does this sound like a second defective card (with the same issue) or am I missing somthing? Can some other hardware related to my machine cause these woes?

Oh and my OLD x1300 which this replaced did work fine on 2 monitors (but it was DVI and VGA)

Here is all the info you need:

Dell Dimension E520 Running Vista Home Premium.
I am trying to run 2, 22inch Dell SP2208WFP monitors using a single X1300 PCIE Dual DVI Card.
I have hooked them up running single link DVI for both.
The old video card was removed and replaced with this one.
I have a 305 Watt power Supply.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
