Recommendation on Cooler for Overclocking newb

Hey guys , I'm brand new to overclocking and i understand a good cooler is required so i need recommendations on a good cooler from this store http://www.filtechcomputer.com/#CPU%20Cooling :) Also a easy overclocking guide in laymen terms would be awfully appreciated and also if overclocking is possible for this tpye of computer .
