Overlock tohsiba a15 s127

I need to overclock my Toshiba Satellite A15 S127 because I will soon be receiving an upgrade cpu but I just found out that the FSB speed is higher on the cpu I am getting. So how can I overclock a stinkin laptop? The bios has nothing, none of the software I tried worked either? Suggestions?

If anyone knew the PLL-IC of the laptop that would be great

not sure on your question what u are asking your saying the new processor has a higher front side bus then your original what does it have in it stock.
