Best mobo P43/P45

Hi,
Im kinda newbie in this forum. Im building a new setup but im not rich so I'm planning on building it with a more stable mobo. I have a Core 2 Duo E4400, I know its kinda old but that's all i've got. I'm planning to just OC it. So what's the best mobo with P43/P45 chipset,I tell you i am not rich so can you recommend me the best yet affordable mobo. Thank you.
