Asus A8R32-mvp deluxe wont post

i am stuck on the asus splash screen when i boot up and all that happens is the pc beeps once and then stays on the screen
it has del to enter bios and tab to post but neither work on the keyboards i have tried using

i have tried unplugging memory hard drives resetting cmos by removing the battery and switching the pin next to it

it was fine yesterday and now i cant even get to windows

I have now used a ps2 keyboard, however when hitting enter bios never comes up and it looks like the computer hangs after the USB initialization have been completed.

Any Ideas
