Need help overclocking Core i7 920 please

I have a Gateway FX6800-01e with a Core i7 920 CPU and i've been able to o/c it to 2.79Ghz (bios update) but i was hoping there would be a way to overclock my CPU through windows 7 instead of using the bios. i want to be able to o/c to 3.2Ghz if possible. any help would be great! Thanks!

You should learn to use the BIOS when overclocking. You just do not know what the Windows utility is doing.

Thank you for a speedy reply! i would use the BIOS but my motherboard doesnt have options to overclock so i have to overclock thru windows
