go to www . YOURPCVENDORWEBSITE . com, look for a Support or Drivers or Downloads area, put in your system info, download sound drivers from there.

There are several PCs that were made in the last 20 years that have sound, your post is a bit like asking for a shirt button without listing what kind of shirt you have. Although we all love guessing on here, it usually does not get anyone the right answer.
