Missing printer port for windows 7

Hello,
I have an HP pavillion notebook with Windows 7 and when trying to install my Canon MX860 printer, there are no ports showing at all, neither LPT or com ports. How can i install the ports so i can connect my printer?

May not be the exact model to guide, but there in the same model range and are very similar when it comes to drivers and hardware configuration.
