The second option is enuff. If your summer temps are high you might have to reduce the overclock. But it's enuff and it's quality parts.

I don't like the plastic barbs on the res, they cause issues.

It's a good system and $260 dhipping and $10 for better res barbs. Under $300, a good CPU loop costs about $300.

Check at ALL the stores, take into account shipping. If you can squeeze a 120x3 rad like you picked in the first option, then your great.
