help me choose my componets

I am going to build a laptop i want to know what type of mother board graphics card and ram i should get on my laptop or pc that will support games like second life world of warcraft with out giving lag and crappy graphics and be good to edit videos and photos i take
thank you very much for anybody's help im trying to keep in a budget with no more than 1500 that includes monitor and mouse and keyboard

Limited info to go by, but here's some ideas. imo mid range graphic cards right now would be the 9600GT, 8800GT, 9800GT and the HD3870. Available from about $70 after rebate to $110 after rebate. All are decent cards.
