Hi,

I was wondering if the 780i FTW's PCI-E x16 slots act as PCI-E 2.0 when a 2.0 compatible card is put in, such as a GTX 285, even when it's not running SLi?

I have the card already, and I'd hate to put it in this motherboard only to realize that it can't take full advantage of the card's PCI-E 2.0.

Thanks,

Mike

Yes, well 2 of 3 the PCIe X16 slots are 2.0 as this image shows... ;) http://www.hardwarezone.com/img/data/articles/2008/2473/nf780iblock.jpg
