Asus f5v during install xp freeze

fasus f5v notebook during install xp freeze about 35 minutes, i am unplug wlan adapter, keyboard, touchpad, but problem is same. Freeze about 35 minutes after start install clean CPU. I am change termal paste on cpu and vga, and cleen cooler cpu. What i doing with this problem. Change install CD (XP, Win7)ram, hdd sodimm, dvd room, but problem is same. Thx

are you using original Windows Disks or are you using burned copied disks?
