120mm side fan vs 2 80mm back fans

Do you think 2 exhaust 80mm fans at the back of the case will help or should I buy a 120mm exhaust fan at the side.

the back ones are better for the airflow of the over all system (as a exhaust for hot air, or as intake as cold air for the processor and then the rest of the system, usually exhaust), a side fan is more for crazy graphics card's (as a intake) rather than overall system as it actually disturbs the normal airflow inside a case.

I went to the JNC web site to see if I could find find specifications and photos of the interior of the case. I could not find either.

The classic configurations is fresh air pulled in at the bottom front and warm blown out the top rear. Can the case be configured like that? I cannot tell from the photo.
