You may try. If your board BIOS has settings to increase the FSB, RAM divider/strap settings, and voltage adjustment settings for the CPU (and maybe the RAM).

As you increase the CPU speed and voltage, watch your CPU temps closely - those CPUs run pretty hot without overclocking. You may need a larger CPUheatsink and fan, and another 120mm fan. I would put 1 120mm fan intake on lower front of case, and the other 120mm fan exhausting heat from top back of the case .
