HD4870 and a matching psu.

guys help me out with this. im thinking of getting a hd4850 or a hd4870. im using this psu in my first rig:

and this one in my second rig:

does any of those are capable of running either cards?

Even though they do not meet ATI specs, I agree with dagger, both should be able to power a 4850 or a 4870.

You should be fine with those 30 amps on the 12v rails.
