There are 2 netgear 200mbs powerline products on sale but I cannot find how they differ.

They are NETGEAR XAV101 & the Netgear HDX101. Does any one know how they differ. I want to use for web gaming mostly.

well i just looked them up, the only difference i can see is that the xav is being pushed for audio visual networking with slingboxes whilst the hdx is being pushed for consoles, interestingly they are not compatible with each other, the xav apparently has one touch security built in (what ever that means) and the hdx can have 16 devices all running at once which could come in handy.

so i dont think it really matters which you go for, if you are going to add more later on then maybe the hdx is the better option.
