Hello,
When I connect the 530 to the computer and turn it on IAW the 530 manual I hear a "dork" sound and nothing happens.
Also, what is the phone number where I can talk to a human?

If you're connecting it to your computer via USB, then you should hear that ding dong sound. That's the computer recognizing the new hardware. Though, if it's calling you a dork, you might need to check for a virus
