How to overclock my Ram on a EP45-DS3R?

My ram is Mushkin DDR2 800. 4-4-4-12 timing.
To overclock it to 900mhz, would I just change the (G)MCH Frequency Latch from 333 to something else?

The (G)MCH Frequency Latch controls the northbridge latency selection; I'm pretty sure that 2.4 (6:5) is only available on the 333 (1333FSB) strap...
