After careful review I think that this is all I need to really play the games I wanna play at 1680x1050 and make them run well and look good.

Case- Apevie x-cruiser black mid tower -$69.99 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 6811144151
Mobo- BIOSTAR TA770 A2+ AM2+ -$79.99 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 6813138102
CPU- Amd athlon 64 x2 5600+ 2.8ghz BE -$77.00 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 6819103289
Hard Drive- WD caviar 500gb 7200rpm -$69.99 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 6822136073
CPU fan- arctic cooling freezer 64 pro -$29.99 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 6835185125
PSU- apevia 500watt -$59.99 http://www.tigerdirect.com/applica [...] &body=MAIN
GPU- EVGA geforce 9800gtx 512mb -$159.99 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 6814130339

as far as memory goes, this is one of the main things im confused about. i have 2 im looking at. which should i get?

which one is better. im using xp so i don't need a crapload of ram so one is 2x1gb dual channel. the other is 1x2gb and it does not say it's dual channel so i guess its not. which ones better?

Anyway. i'm just kind of wondering if this rig will run games like tf2, cod4, css, cod5, etc. at 1680x1050 with good frame rates at AT LEAST medium to low detail. i don't need alot i just want to be able to enjoy the games on my pc. I know this is not exactly a high end pc, but compared to the one i have, this thing would be more than godly. i mean seriously, my old pc (which just burnt out) had like a pentium 3 860mhz single core cpu, a 128mb ati graphics card, and like 256mb of ram. i couldn't even play soldier front without lag on low detail.
