Windows RDP stopped working XP

Hello,
as the message states RDP was working and just stopped. we employ two methods of RDP : there is Windows RDP (comes with windows) and we use a RDp generated from our Juniper VPN appliance. on the windows rdp i am getting a window informing me the RDP is having a problem and will close

Check the application and system event viewer, it should give you some details as to where the issue may be.

Any Windows Updates run before this started happening? At what point does the program crash, during start up, or when it tries to connect to the PC?
