Looking for recommendation on new power supply

Hi,

I am upgrading my desktop PC. The new components are:
ASUS P5Q-VM motherboard
Intel Q6600 Quad Core 2 processor
G.Skill Ram - 2x 2GB DDR-800

I plan to use my two existing hard drives, a DVD drive and a CD/RW drive.
I plan to use the onboard graphics (on the motherboard)

What size PSU do you recommend?
What brands / model numbers do you recommend?

Size wise a good 450-550W is more than enough (heck a good PSU like a Corsair 450VX can power a 9800GT based set up easily.

As for brands I recommend PC Power & Cooling, Corsair, OCZ, Antec.
