Help with Overclocking

Ive Read a bunch of guides and other things etc on overclocking but im completly lost on what to do and wondering if someone could help me out. This is what im using

Mobo- ASUS M4A79T Deluxe
CPU- AMD Phenom II X2 550 Black Edition Callisto 3.1GHz Socket AM3
Ram- G.SKILL 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600
Cooling- Liquid Cooling
Rad- Koolance EHX-1020BK (1000w Heat Dissipation)
Res/Pump - Koolance RP-1000BK (2.25 Gal/Min )
CPU Block - Koolance CPU-350AT
OS- Windows 7 (64bit)

I only have my CPU Liquid Cooled atm.

I'm sorry but that 1000W heat dissipation number is total BS.

Anyways, DO NOT OC from Windows. ALWAYS OC form BIOS for best stability.

Also, if you can't understand the guides you probably should not OC as you are likely to damage your hardware.
