Overclocking the igp hd4200

Is it safe to oc the igp in a asus m4a785td v evo.
Can i play games like gta4 at low settings w/o adding any card before and after oc the igp hd4200.
Upto how much it can be oc'ed.

I'm not sure if it's possible to overclock your software, but yes, I'm assuming you can play GTA 4 at low settings... providing the rest of your system is powerful enough.
