I've searched here and on other forums and it seems that the answer to my question is no, but I'm going to ask it anyway.

Is there a tuner card that will work with a cable card from my cable company (charter)?

I've been thinking about building a HTPC. One of my goals is to get rid of the tuner box from Charter, but I do want to keep watching scrambled channels and that doesn't seem to be possible yet. I'm not interested in any illegal hacks. I pay for the service and intend to keep on doing so I just have never liked set top boxes for some reason.

So nobody knows of one? I was afraid that what I wanted didn't exist and it seems that is the case. :cry:
