When I try to log into the internet on regular mode, it has this wierd message, but my Skype and Yahoo Messenger works. I have even called my internet provider, but they said that it is a computer issue and to call microsoft, I don't know the number and every one that I find on the internet in safe mode is wrong. I have already tryed to download the windows 8 thing on the microsoft page and it won't download.... Does anyone know what to do in this situation?

Any help would be great!
