Where is USB drive located on control panel of computers

I need to uninstall the USB drive and then reinstall in order for my computer to communicate with my sewing machine software. I assume its on the control panel somewhere but where?

You need to go to the "My Computer" icon and right click. Choose "Properties" on the drop down menu. Click on the "Hardware" tab, then select "Device Manager". USB Controllers are located at the bottom.
