if I use my camera I can hear people but they cannot hear me what's wrong with it. I tried everything but still nothing with the sound

All the drivers for the camera installed? When you say you tried "everything", what have you tried?

Check in Sound devices, is anything muted or turned way down? Check the various tabs and make sure the Mic device is seen. If all looks good, try it on a different computer, if it does not work there as well, the microphone could be broken.

Are you referring to a webcam? If so, does it even have built in speakers? You may need to get a mic.
