I've been trying to get my Zire to sync on my Linux laptop, but both
pilot-link and coldsync only recognise that it's connected when I press
the HotSync button, and then (once i've pressed it) paradoxically tell
me "ok, you're connected now... now press the HotSync button"

I read something in the coldsync manual about adding 'transient' to the
config file, but it didn't seem to do anything.

Any suggestions?
